Today I read about Kate Middleton topless photos. I think paparazzis should be fined for taking private and explicit pictures. The royals were in boat vacationing away from the public so Kate had all the right to relax and be conformtable how ever she wanted. Nude pictures should never be taken from celebraties because that is violating their privacy. Photographers will do anything to get "the shot" that can fill thier pockets with money.
